Haibo Hao

Haibo (海波) is a software engineer at Alibaba, working on language model training performance. He worked as a performance architect in the NVIDIA Compute Architecture group from 2018 to 2025.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Xidian University in 2015 and his master's degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018, where he studied and worked at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2016 to 2018.
